Undoing Racism and Building Health Equity

QLatinx and The Peoples Institute for Survival and Beyond (Undoing Racism) presented an intensive workshop that utilized dialogue, reflection, role-playing, strategic planning, and presentations to analyze the structures of power and privilege and advance institutional change for racial and health equity. The process explored how people, programs and organizations can work together to elevate humanity while developing leadership and accountability to the mission, values, of racial equity and anti-racist principles in both communities and institutions served. Thank you to our friends at LGBT+ Center Orlando - The Center for opening their doors and allowing us to share this lesson with HIV advocates and health care agents in Central Florida.
